Software for small food venues

Run your venue, not spreadsheets.

Scheduling, time tracking, inventory, invoices, HACCP and cash — in one panel instead of five apps and a binder full of paperwork.

I set it up personally: I configure the panel for your venue and train your team. No self sign-up, no 80-page manual.

Sound familiar?

The daily reality of a small venue

Schedule in Excel, shifts over Messenger — and still, on Saturday morning someone doesn't know they were on.

Health inspector at the door, and temperature logs in a notebook no one's filled since Tuesday.

Month-end = an evening with invoices, receipts and a calculator instead of your family.

A new hire on shift — and again you explain everything from scratch, because the procedures live "in your head".

Each of these is a separate app, a separate notebook or a separate lost evening. Or one Wigara.

01

One panel instead of five tools

Scheduling, inventory, invoices, HACCP, cash and payroll in one place. Data entered once works everywhere — hours from the time clock flow straight into payroll.

02

Your team runs itself

Checklists, station instructions, HACCP readings — staff tick them off on a tablet, you see the status from your phone. No more "is it done?".

03

Control without being on-site

Cash report closed, staffing full, fridge in range — check it in 30 seconds from anywhere. Wigara watches, you decide.

The app

A panel that looks like your day

The owner works in the browser, the team on a PIN tablet, and the venue status lives in your pocket.

From a restaurateur, not a corporation

I'm not selling you theory.
I run on it myself.

I've run my own venue for over 11 years — a small chain before that. I know Saturdays short a dishwasher, surprise inspections and evenings with a binder of invoices.

I built Wigara in 2018 for myself, because I was done with five apps that don't talk to each other. Since then the system has run in my venue every day: clocking hours, keeping checklists, counting cash and inventory. Every module exists because something was genuinely missing on shift — not because it looks nice in a sales deck.

Now I'm opening Wigara up to other owners. You get a tool proven over eight years of real gastronomy — and a direct line to someone who understands what your day looks like.

FAQ

Questions I hear most often

Does Wigara replace the till / POS?

No — on purpose. Your till stays. Wigara handles everything around it: team, inventory, documents, procedures.

Do I have to roll out everything at once?

No. Most venues start with scheduling, the time clock and checklists. You switch on the rest with one toggle when you're ready.

Do employees need to install an app?

No. The team works on a shared tablet at the venue — login with a 4-digit PIN. Zero accounts, zero personal phones.

How long does onboarding take?

Usually one meeting. We configure the panel for your venue, add your team and products, and train you on it. After that we're a phone call away.

I have several venues — does it fit?

Yes. One panel for the whole chain: separate schedules and tills per venue, shared suppliers and inventory transfers between venues.
